Aquaponic Production Minor
Program Description
The minor in aquaponic production covers content in general biology and chemistry, microbial ecology and plant biology, areas identified as essential needs for successful aquaponic food, fiber and other plant production. The program includes a capstone experience where students undertake a supervised independent study or an internship at an aquaponics facility.
