Theatre Minor
Program Description
Students who pursue a minor in Theatre will have the opportunity to learn about the history and practices of theatre, develop their acting craft, and have practical experience in theatre and/or film productions. Prior experience in theatre/film productions is not necessary. However, students will be required to perform on stage or in a film (as part of their practicum in acting) and participate in a technical aspect of the theatre/film such as directing, stage management, lighting, sound, costumes, set, or prop design (as part of their practicum in technical production).
