Human Resource Management Minor
Program Description
Regardless of their major field of study, many students will eventually take on roles through which they manage people. This minor prepares students to make decisions about hiring, developing and retaining the right people in an organization. Through courses in areas such as labor law, collective bargaining and organizational behavior, students study people and the workplace and gain knowledge on effective human resource systems and practices.
